Groups, Bands, and Magicians!! Limited to 25 acts so sign-up TODAY!
Join us for a night of great talent and lots of fun. Show off your talent – fill out the
application and return it by Monday, January 31st to the PTO mail box in the
CCMS main office. Performers will be contacted prior to show to confirm their participation. A rehearsal “run thru’” will be held in the CCMS Auditorium on Thursday, February 3rd, beginning at 6:30PM.
Admission will be charged $5 per person, $3 for children under 10. Max $15 per family.
General admission seating. No advanced ticket sales. Performers are Free.

Description: 8th grade CCMS students are invited to the First Ever Sportsplex Night Out on Friday, Feb. 4th from 7-10PM. This event is sponsored by the CCMS PTO. (SNOW DATE IS 3/4/11)
$10.00 admission includes all activities. Sign-up is first-come, first-served for activities which will be offered in 45 minute time slots. A maximum of 100 students are allowed so don’t wait to sign up. ADMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR.
The two-sided permission slip along with $10.00 should be placed in an envelope marked “PTO 8th grade night” and returned to the CCMS Main Office NO LATER THAN JANUARY 28th. Additional slips can be found in the main office.
